Is the entrance through the Hotel or do the houses have an independent entrance?

The entrance to the houses is through the Hotel*

*During the sanitary emergency it is possible to access through an independent entrance.

 

Does the Reception work 24 hours?

There is multilingual staff permanently at the desk.

 

Do they have communication with the Reception? Is there always a receptionist at the desk?

There is a telephone in each house with direct line to the front desk. The Reception is open 24 hours.*

*During the sanitary emergency you can contact the reception through Whatsapp 24 hours.

 

Which services are included?

All hotel services are included. Buffet breakfast, Room Service, Gym, Sauna, Swimming pool and daily housekeeping.*

*During the sanitary emergency we do not offer Food and Beverage services. Spa and gym are closed. Housekeeping is offered every 3 days.

 

Cleaning, change of sheets and towels. How often?

Housekeeping and change of linen is offered every day.*

*During the sanitary emergency housekeeping and change of linen is offered every 3 days.

 

Do you offer breakfast? Is Room Service available? Can I have food delivered to the house?

We offer buffet breakfast served in the Hotel or in your house. There is a varied Room Service menu available. Food can be delivered to your house.*

*During the sanitary emergency Food and Beverage services are not offered. Food can still be delivered, the offer in the area is very wide and varied.

 

Is there TV? How many? Cable TV? Internet, WiFi?

All houses have TV (one or two depending on the house set up) and cable TV as well as WiFi connection.

 

Is there a working desk?

All houses have a working desk.

 

Do all the houses have parking?

Casa 40 has a private parking. The other two houses use the hotel’s parking.

 

Do they have a safety deposit box?

Yes, all houses have a safety deposit box.

Is smoking permitted in the houses?

All houses are Non Smoking but they all have exterior galleries where smoking is allowed.

 

Do they have garden? Is it private?

Casa 40 has a private garden. The other 2 houses share the hotel’s garden.

 

Is there laundry / ironing service?

Yes, there is with extra cost.

 

Are visits allowed?

Yes, guests can receive visitors in the houses.

 

Is there access to the Gym?

Yes, guests staying in the houses can make use of all hotel services including gym, sauna and swimming pool. *

Are pets allowed?

Yes, well trained pets are allowed in the houses.
